1. Why shop at Amorosa?

When you shop online at amorosafashionaccessories.com you support a small business and our network of artisans who hand craft our products with traditional techniques that take time and care. We are passionate about fairly made, eco conscious fashion and accessories and are proud of the contribution we are able to make towards this.

2. How do I order online?

First create an account here and update your details in your My Account dashboard such as your name, email and delivery address.

Select the product you want to purchase and click the add to cart button. The product will be added to the shopping cart and a message will appear advising you the product has been added. You can proceed to checkout or continue shopping. To view your shopping cart at any time click on the cart icon in the top right hand side of the menu bar. Click checkout to finalise your order and pay securely via PayPal. After your payment has been received you will receive an email with your order confirmation and email updates with shipping and tracking information. You can contact us at any time for help and further information.

3. What happens after I place my order?

We know you’re excited to receive your order! We’ll keep you up to date by the email address you provide. We will send you a confirmation email with details of your order and once your order is dispatched we’ll send you details confirming tracking.

4. Can I cancel my online order?

Sorry chica, after you place an order it is not possible to cancel however if you are unhappy when you receive your order you’ll be able to return it to us for a product refund or exchange.

5. How do I place a phone order?

You can call us on +61405524137 from 11am – 8pm AWST any day of the week to place a phone order. Please leave a message if we are not able to take your call and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Once you have placed a phone order you will receive an email with your invoice which can be paid by PayPal or direct bank deposit. Once your payment has been received we will ship your order and you will receive email confirmation and a tracking number.

8. What is the delivery cost within Australia?

FREE Delivery for orders over $55

Delivery by Australia Post on business days. Arrives within 1 – 7 days and requires a Signature On Delivery. If no one is home to receive the delivery, your parcel will be delivered using Safe Drop or a delivery card will be left with information to collect your parcel from your local postal office if no one can accept the delivery.

EXPRESS delivery $15.00 for orders under $55 or for orders over $55 requiring express delivery.

For orders within Australia under $55 or for orders over $55 that require express shipping. Arrives within 1 – 3 days and requires a Signature On Delivery. If no one is home to receive the delivery, your parcel will be delivered using Safe Drop or a delivery card will be left with information to collect your parcel from your local postal office if no one can accept the delivery.

9. What is the delivery cost for international orders?

FREE REGISTERED International Delivery for orders over $110AUD

Delivery by Australia Post on business days. Arrives within 7 – 14 days and requires a Signature On Delivery. If no one is home to receive the delivery, your parcel will be delivered using Safe Drop or a delivery card will be left with information to collect your parcel from your local postal office if no one can accept the delivery.

International Delivery $25.00 for orders under $110AUD

For international orders under $110 delivery by Australia Post on business days. Arrives within 7 – 14 days and requires a Signature On Delivery. If no one is home to receive the delivery, your parcel will be delivered using Safe Drop or a delivery card will be left with information to collect your parcel from your local postal office if no one can accept the delivery.

As the purchaser/importer you may be required to pay international import fees, duties and taxes.

10. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Follow the link in the email, or visit the Australia Post website and enter in the tracking number to track your delivery.

Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the Australia Post website once you receive your tracking number email.

You will also receive notifications via email or text (if your mobile phone has been provided) from Australia Post with updates on your delivery.

If you have an account with us, you can also track your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Orders.

11. What is your returns policy?

Get FREE return shipping when you pay with PayPal. PayPal can refund your return shipping costs if you need to send something back to us โ€“ up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year. Activate Refunded Returns on your PayPal account here.

In the event you do not qualify for free return shipping with PayPal, return shipping costs will be refunded only in the event of returning a faulty item.

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased and all labels/tickets attached. Items must not have been worn.
  3. Pierced earrings cannot be returned
  4. Items purchased as a set cannot be returned individually.
12. How to return an item?

Please include your receipt, name, phone number and address with reason for return or exchange. All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us so be sure to register it for tracking purposes!

13. What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are securely processed by PayPal. For more information about PayPal click here. PayPal supports bank transfer, debit cards and a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard,American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute.

Sign in with your PayPal account to pay with Paypal or checkout as a guest without a Paypal account and PayPal will securely process your credit card payment.

All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars. We will bill your method of payment in Australian dollars and PayPal will convert the charges for you.

14. How do I use a gift card?

Simply enter your Amorosa gift card number on the checkout page to pay using a gift card. You can pay via PayPal if there is any outstanding balance to be paid.
