Due to the handmade nature of our products, every product is unique and individual therefore no two products are exactly alike. The product you receive may have slight variances to the product shown. Minor imperfections may be apparent, these are considered to be a part of the unique handmade charm of our products and not considered a fault. Please also note that due to individual monitors, light sources and printers we cannot guarantee that the product you purchase will be the exact colour represented on this website.
Orders placed on our website are securely processed via PayPal. Pay with your PayPal account or Credit/Debit Card. Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can easily checkout as a guest by selecting Pay with a Credit card.
Shipping and Returns
•We know you’re excited to receive your order! We will ship after payment has cleared and within 3 business days. All orders require a Signature On Delivery, Safe Drop or a card will be left with collection details.
•Orders within Australia over $55 qualify for free standard shipping this will be automatically applied at checkout. Australian orders below $55 incur a $15 shipping fee and are sent express. International orders over $110 qualify for free standard shipping this will be automatically applied at checkout. International orders below $110 incur a $25 shipping fee and are sent standard.
•Within 30 days of delivery you can return a product for an exchange or product refund with proof of purchase, the receipt or bank statement. Products must be returned in the original unused re-saleable condition with tags attached to be eligible.
•We do not accept partial returns. All products purchased together in a set must be returned to be eligible for a product refund or exchange.
•Products deemed faulty can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a product exchange or refund with proof of purchase.
•For hygiene reasons pierced earrings and jewellery sets containing pierced earrings cannot be returned. For your health and safety products that do not have tags attached that may have been worn cannot be returned.
•Get free return shipping when you pay with PayPal. PayPal can refund your return shipping costs if you need to send something back to us – up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year. Activate Refunded Returns on your PayPal account here.
